PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel the offset voltage of an integration A/D converter without the use of a special capacitor. SOLUTION: A comparator 6 is operated as an operational amplifier, and an integration capacitor C1 is charged by an offset voltage Vcomp of the comparator 6. Furthermore, the integration capacitor C1 is charged by an offset voltage Vint of the operational amplifier in an integration circuit to be provided, when an input voltage is 0. A voltage to be determined by both these offset voltages Vcomp and Vint is defined as the integration start point of a first integration, and the offset voltage Vcomp is defined as the end point of second integration.
|
