<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawn resin container wherein the bottom part can be made light, the bottom part is excellent in heat-resistance, pressure-resistance, stress crack-resistance, and hygroscopicity resistance or the like, and the axial load strength and the anti-impact strength or the like of the container are improved by a method wherein for a self-supporting container having valley-form parts and leg parts which are alternately arranged on the peripheral edge of the bottom, the bottom part is effectively orient-crystalized under a highly drawn- oriented state, including a gate remaining part, and in addition, at least at one part of the bottom valley part, a band-form thicker part under a highly drawn-oriented state which is peripherally arranged is formed, and at the same time, a thickness reduction of the bottom leg part corresponding with the band-form thicker part, is suppressed. SOLUTION: For a self-supporting container equipped with a mouth part 1, a shoulder part 2, a body part 3 and a bottom part 4 having a plurality of leg parts 7 and valley-form parts 6, which are formed of a resin by a biaxial draw-blow-molding, the body part 3 and the bottom part 4 have a highly drawn-oriented layer including a gate remaining part 8 at the bottom center, and also, at least at one part of the bottom valley part 6, a band-form thicker part under a highly drawn-oriented state, which is peripherally arranged, is provided, and at the same time, a reduction of the thickness is suppressed at the bottom leg part 7 which corresponds with the band-form thicker part.</p> |
