<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device which can easily insert an inner die device even when there is a burr on an end face of an opening of a pipe material, can easily detect a fixed condition of the pipe material, and can machine the pipe material at the position where the center in the direction of width of the pipe material is used as a reference position even if a width of the pipe material is uneven. SOLUTION: In an outer die device arranged on the outside of a pipe material P and an inner die device K which is inserted into the inside of the pipe material P and machines the pipe material P in cooperation with a mold 30, the inner die device K is provided with a mechanism which splits it into two parts in the direction orthogonal to the direction of reciprocating movement of a mold P of the outer die device, forms the section 2 which is split and has no machining action in such a way that it can reciprocate in the direction in which the pipe material P is opened, and fixes the inner die device K on the pipe material P by converting the reciprocating movement into the force by which the section 1 which performs machining action of the inner die device K is pressed against a side P2 in the direction crossing a machining side P1 of the pipe material P for action.</p> |
