The invention relates to a method for obtaining conduits of large cross-section, using longitudinal prefabricated elements each one corresponding to part of the cross-section. The object of the invention is to reduce the use of heavyweight prefabricated elements to be placed in those parts of the cross-section where high rigidity is required, particularly the bedplate section. In these parts, according to the invention, instead of using prefabricated elements, a part of the conduit is installed on site, particularly by laying concrete.
