PURPOSE:To make the cleaning operation of an intake channel safely by a method in which a pipe is attached along the wall face to a truck traveling on paired rails, and a pulsating flow generating mechanism to produce a pulsating flow of cleaning liquid discharged from many holes is provided to the pipe. CONSTITUTION:Trucks 5 are each provided to the upper part and lower part of a cleaner body A traveling on paired recessed rails. A nozzle piperotating flange 2 is provided to the center frame 3 and also connected with a jet nozzle pipe 1 as a pipe. In the flange 2, a jet nozzle pipe pulsating flow generator C1 as a vibrator to make up a pulsating flow generator mechanism C is incorporated. The adherence of marine organisms to the inner wall of a channel can thus be prevented in early period and cleaning efficiency can be greatly raised.
