PURPOSE:To reduce the light quantity of an original lighting lamp by extracting linear sum of output levels of adjacent picture elements from CCD as output data. CONSTITUTION:A photoelectric-converted charge by the CCD15 is outputted from an output terminal 23A as a voltage value corresponding to a density level of each picture detected by the CCD15 in response to clock pulsesphi1, phi2. An output from the terminal 23A is latched by latch circuits 18, 19 via an amplifier 16 and an A/D converter 17. An output of the circuits 18, 19 is given to arithmetic ROMs 20, 21 as a part of an address bus. A numeral set by factor setting switches 27, 28 is inputted to the rest of addresses. The arithmetic output of the ROMs 20, 21 is added by an adder circuit 22 and outputted through a latch circuit 23 and a noise component eliminating circuit 29. |
