PURPOSE:To compact soft ground in early period by a method in which a water- permeable layer is provided using perforated pipe materials having water-permeable peripheries and soft ground is dehydrated. CONSTITUTION:Plural dehydrators consisting of perforated pipes 2 whose peripheries are provided with water-permeable layers 3 are connectedly buried in soft ground 7. Water in the soft ground 7 is collected through the holes 1 of the water-permeable layers 3 into the pipes 2 and discharged up to the ground's surface from a water collecting section 9 by a pump 10. |
