PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution by connecting plural transmitting highways to a multiplexer and connecting the output of the multiplexer to receiving highways through a receiving gate and determining the connection destination in accordance with contents of a control memory. CONSTITUTION:The signal from a telephone set is sent to a multiplexer MPX through a line corresponding part LC and a transmitting highway SHW, and the output is sent to the telephone set through a receiving highway MHW and the line corresponding part LC. The line corresponding part LC and the transmitting highway SHW are connected in time division by a time slot counter TS-CTR and a decoder DECT, and the receiving highway MHW and the line corresponding part LC are connected in time division by connection destination information written in the control memory and a decoder DECR.
