PURPOSE:To prevent exfoliation of conductive film under the contactor by bonding and fixing the conductive film and contactor with conductive low melting point glass. CONSTITUTION:The contact area 12a for the end point of contactor 12, namely for a conductive film 10 in a bulb glass 1 is processed in such a form as easily accommodating conductive low melting point glass 13 which is fluidified in the heating process and the concave part 12b for accommodating glass is provided with a through hole 12c to which the conductive low melting point glass 13 flows. After the fixing area 12d of contactor 12 is previously fixed by welding to an electron gun 8, the contact area 12a is arranged to the neck part 4 of electron gun 8 and is placed in contact with the conductive film 10 in the bulb glass 1. Next, the conductive low melting point glass 13 melts and is fluidified and thereby it is adhered over the contact area 12a of contactor 12 and conductive film 10.
