PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution by connecting an inductive element and a semiconductor element in parallel with a resonator and connecting the inductance in parallel with the resonator and disconnecting it with the switching operation of the semiconductor element. CONSTITUTION:The collector and the emitter of a switching transistor (TR) 2 is connected in series with the inductive element 4 and both ends are connected to both ends of a resonator 1. When the TR2 is turned on, the inductive element 4 is connected in parallel with the resonator 1, which is oscillated in a high frequency. When the TR2 is turned off and inductive element 4 is disconnected from the resonator 1, which is oscillated in a low frequency. |
