PURPOSE:To exclude the effect of noise, by detecting the agreed phase of the outputs of light receiving elements by a pattern, in which the output of the light receiving element having the maximum output power among the light receiving element lines is converted into the output ranked by a reference. CONSTITUTION:Switching transistors 141-143 are turned ON by an operating signal C, and capacitors 151-153 are discharged. All outputs Q are reset at a ''0''. From this state, the switching transistors 141-143 are turned OFF by the operating signal C. Then switching transistors 131-133 are turned ON by an operating signal G, and the conversion of the outputs of light receiving elements is started. When the outputs of two-bit binary counters 24-26 do not become ''1 and 1'', irregular parts are present in the conversion output pattern. therefore, the agreed phase among the light receiving element lines can be effectively obtained. |
