发明名称 HAND OF ASSEMBLING ROBOT
摘要 PURPOSE:To realize high efficiency of operation due to supply of parts in a short period of time to the position of part assembly work, by providing a ratchet lever for engaging the head of a bolt which is removed by the action of gravity from the upper end aperture of a magazine which is formed into tubular shape. CONSTITUTION:An arm 1, which supports a hand, is capable of making telescopic, pivotal, and up-and-down movements. An assembling head 2 for screwing a bolt consists of a motor 4 which can be moved up and down by the action of a hydraulic cylinder 3, and a screw tightening tool 5 drived by the motor. Bolts to be used in an assembly process are charged into a magazine 7 which accomodates them in the quantity necessary for one motor, from the upper end opening of the magazine, and removed by gravity from the lower end opening under control by a ratchet lever 9 which engages with the head of the bolt 8. The ratchet lever 9 is actuated so that only one bolt 8 is removed from the magazine to enter into a bolt hole 13 in each step.
