发明名称 METHOD OF WINDING AROUND SINGLE SHAFT
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable winding at a uniform tightness and prevent a scratch from being made on the surface of a metal band, by fitting torque transmission plates and winding plates alternately in a winding shaft to perform the winding while maintaining these plates in kinetic friction on each other. CONSTITUTION:Torque transmission plates 3, 3' and winding plates 4 are alternately fitted in a winding shaft 1. Sideward pressure P is applied to the plates 3, 3', 4 in the axial direction of the shaft 1 to put the extreme plate 3' in contact with the end 2 of the shaft 1 and to maintain the torque transmission plates and the winding plates in kinetic friction on each other under the pressure P on their contact portions without using a tension pad likely to make a scratch on the surface of a metal band. Since the friction between the plates 3, 3', 4 is the kinetic friction, the fluctuation of the coefficient of the friction is small, so that the fluctuation in the tension of each metal band is small even if a number of metal bands are wound around the single shaft 1. The metal bands are wound at a more uniform tightness or tension by controlling the sideward pressure P. As a result, resetting is not needed, so that the quality of the wound material and the productivity are improved.
