发明名称 BUMPER SIDE SETTING STRUCTURE IN AUTOMOBILE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of any drop in setting operatability due to molding errors, by securing a sufficient interspace between a bumper side and a car body with a bracket at the side of the bumper side composed of a resilient material. CONSTITUTION:In time of setting a bumper, a rear bumper is housed in the specified position and simultaneously a tip end of a bracket 15 at the side of a bumper side 4 is engaged with a tip end of a bracket 12 at the side of a car body panel. With this constitution, since the bumper side 4 can be secured tight to a rear fender 1, setting operation is very simple enough. Moreover, in this setting operation, even if there are variations in the accuracy of these brackets 12 and 15 and setting errors are therefore found, these errors are absorbable by the bracket 15 or a plate spring. In addition, if the bumper side 4 comes into thermal expansion or thermal contraction, a portion for this variation is also absorbed by the plate spring bracket 15 so that there is no thermal deformation in the bumper side 4.
