On the other hand, the weight of mechanical parts such as the casing of the storage chamber 1, quantitative supply mechanism 2, equalizing pipe, and a stirring driving device, the weight of the granules in the storage chamber 1, and the air static pressure of the air pressure P1 in the storage chamber 1 and the air pressure P2 in the discharge chute 4 are loaded on a load cell 3, which detects their total load. At this time, the duct of a granule throw- in pipe 6 is blocked with a valve 12, and the air in the storage chamber 1 and the air in the discharge chute 4 communicate with each other to equalize the air pressures P1 and P2. Consequently, the differential pressure between the air pressures P1 and P2 and the influence of the resulting secular change are reduced greatly.
