PURPOSE:To prevent the crack of a decorative board by improving the bonding of the decorative board and a handle main body, by providing synthetic resin layer to the back surface of the decorative board by lamination while integrally molding the decorative board along with the handle main body through the synthetic resin layer thereof. CONSTITUTION:A decorative board 7 is received and arranged in the recessed step part 11 provided to the inner bottom part of a lower mold 9 so as to upwardly direct the synthetic resin layer 8 provided to the back surface of said board by lamination and, thereafter, the ABS resin melted in the recessed part of an upper mold 10 is injected to mold a handle main body 1 while the decorative board is integrally molded along with the handle main body 1 through the synthetic resin layer 8. At this time, the synthetic resin layer 8 is held under a hard state but, when the ABC resin (melt) melted in the recessed part 12 is injected, melted by heat held by the resin to be mixed with this resin to extremely strengthen the bonding of the decorative board 7 and the handle main body 1. As mentioned above, cracking during handling can be prevented by the synthetic resin layer 8 provided to the back surface of the decorative board 7 by lamination. |
