FIELD: agricultural production, flour-milling industry and combined feed industry. SUBSTANCE: closed pneumatic system has settling chamber 1 with guiding curved shield 2 dividing settling chamber into two sections, pneumatic separating channel 3 whose upper part is in communication with first section of settling chamber 1 and lower part is in communication with air supply channel 5, diametrical fan 6 provided with suction window connected with second section of settling chamber 1 and delivery window connected with air supply channel 5, bypass channel 9 with one end communicated with first section of settling chamber in zone adjacent to shield curvature center and other end connected with suction window of diametrical fan 6. Pneumatic system is further equipped with heavy and light fraction discharge devices disposed in lower part of pneumatic separating channel 3 and settling chamber 1, respectively, dust settler whose receiving part 10 is communicated via baffles 11 with delivery window of fan 6 and separated by curved baffle surface 12 from fan air discharge part 13. Part 13 of fan 6 is in communication via bypass channel with settling chamber in zone below shield 2. Rotary slide valve is positioned in the vicinity of bypass channel. Light fraction discharge device has two settling chambers 17 and 18 separated by wall 19 provided with pivotal wall 20.
