摘要 PURPOSE:To execute easily a high speed scanning irrespective of a surface state and to detect a flaw by fixing a rail by a freely rotatable magnet in a three- dimensional space and contacting a stroke bearing of a probe fitting body to a flaw detecting surface. CONSTITUTION:The first rail 1 is fixed to a desired flaw detecting surface irrespective of unevenness of a flaw detecting surface and a curved surface shape, by four freely rotatable magnets 12 in a three-dimensional space. A guide body 52 is supported so as to be freely rotatably by a moving body 516 which moves by being guided by the second rail 46 in the right angle direction to the rail 1 which moves along this rail 1, and a probe fitting body is supported so as to be freely rotatable by the guide body 52. Four stroke bearings of this fitting body contact to the flaw detecting surface, a flaw detection can be executed by making a probe execute a high speed scanning easily irrespective of a surface state of the flaw detecting surface, and a flaw detecting function is improved.
