PURPOSE:To sufficiently apply the cooling capacity of a cooler in a heat radiation controller which cools both a radiator and a cooler condenser in series connected to each other by means of a motor-driven fan by operating a variable cooling fan coincidently with a supply rate regulating fan switch of an air conditioner. CONSTITUTION:A cooler turning-on-and-off switch 76 is connected to a motor 51 via each contact of a relay 77, a fan switch 80 and a change-over relay 78. With the turning-on-and-off switch 76 closed, a cooler in operation and the fan switch 80 connected to an off-contact point 80b, an interior fan is inoperative and the constantly open contact point 77a of a relay 77 is opened so that operation of motors 41 and 51 are controlled by a low temperature side water temperature detector 73 and a high temperature side water temperature detector 74. When the fan switch 80 is changed over to be connected to a low speed side contact point 80c or high speed side contact point 80d, the motor 51 is also changed over to run into a low speed drive mode or a high speed drive mode according to the selection of the contact points so as to increase the cooling capacity thereof. Consequently, the cooler may be improved in durability, reduced in noise and have the cooling capacity applied to the full extent.
