PURPOSE:To eliminate an erroneous use of a reagent by rotating and controlling a turret supporter fitted removably with plural reagent vessels by a driving gear and storing data of the reagent kind, etc. stuck to the reagent vessel in the driving gear so that a prescribed reagent vessel is sent to a position where the reagent is injected. CONSTITUTION:A data table D of bar code table, etc. is stuck respectively to a front surface Bf of the reagent vessel B, and the reagent kind in the vessel B is encoded. The plural vessels B are mounted radially on the turret supporter A, the supporter A is once driven for scanning before the biggining of the reagent dispensing operation, and the data read by a reading sensor S are stored in a control device (CPU). Next, analyzing term information on each inspecting material of an automatic analyzer is inputted to the CPU, and the driving gear M1, a motor m1 are rotated and controlled by the CPU so that the vessel B corresponding to the analyzing term is sent to the position where the prescribed reagent is injected. On the other hand, the driving gear M2, a motor m2 are rotated and controlled by the CPU so that the reagent in the vessel B is weighed and picked up. A device E for reading position detects that the vessel B attains the prescribed position. The accurate analysis is made possible.
