PURPOSE:To make an apparatus small-sized at a low cost by constituting so that a part of a transformer which is provided in a housing of an acoustic apparatus such as a disk player, etc., and also fixed to the housing through a vibration-proof member is projected to the outside at the bottom part of the housing and supports the housing. CONSTITUTION:An insulator 24 is placed at three places of the lower face of a bottom cover 23. A transformer 25 is placed in a cabinet 20, and the transformer 25 is fixed to a supporting projecting part 20e provided projectingly on the lower face of an upper wall part 20a through a float rubber 26 with a screw 25a, and positioned in accordance with the remaining corner of the bottom cover 23. The float rubber 26 constitutes a vibration-proof structure of an apparatus together with the insulator 24. The lower part of the transformer 25 is constituted so that it can support the cabinet together with the insulator 24. In this way, an external vibration from a floor, etc. is attenuated by the insulator 24 and the float rubber 26. Also, as for a vibration generated from the transformer 25, mainly the float rubber 26 executes a vibration-proof operation.
