PURPOSE:To save electric power by stopping a cooling fan driving motor when a car speed exceeds a reference value. CONSTITUTION:A stop controller 4 detects a car speed and compares it with a reference car speed. If the speed is found over the reference, the controller 4 turns off a stop control switch 12. On the other hand, if a thermoswitch 9, a pressure switch 10 and the stop control switch 12 are all kept on, a blower motor 1 is driven provided that the first control switch 6 is on. In addition, by turning on the second control switch 8, a capacitor motor 2 is driven via a magnet clutch relay 7 and a magnet clutch 3. When the stop controller 4 turns off the switch 12, the capacitor fan motor 2 is stopped. Such arrangement as above may reduce power consumption and therefore protect a battery.
