PURPOSE:To form a colored or color-formed image excellent in the chemical resistance and the photoresistance by using a specified body to be colored. CONSTITUTION:A colored image is formed on a body to be colored by bringing one or more kinds of compounds as shown by the formula into contact with one or more kinds of compounds selected from among aromatic aldehyde and paraformaldehyde by heat, where, A represents NH or (OR)2 (R is a lower alkyl group) and Z a residual group of an aromatic compound or a heterocyclic compound able to form a conjugated system with C=NH. The color formation can be achieved easily by the supply of a heat energy. The hue can be changed centering blue and green by properly selecting an imino compound and an aldehyde compound as color forming agent. A colored matter thus obtained by this method is very excellent in the photoresistance and thus, the colored matter thus obtained resists to various chemicals with an excellent preservation stability. |
