PURPOSE:To form a transfer sheet for a sublimation type thermosensitive transfer recording on a body to be recorded which provides a high color density in cyan by having more than one kind of specified pigments contained in a transfer sheet used for a thermosensitive transfer recording system. CONSTITUTION:A transfer sheet used for a thermosensitive transfer recording system so designed that a transfer sheet coated with a sublimating pigment is heated with a thermosensitive head to obtain a recording by transferring the sublimating pigment onto a body to be recorded contains more than one kind of pigments shown by the formula (where, R and R' each represent methyl group, ethyl group or straight chain or branched chain propyl or butyl group). To make an ink for the thermosensitive transfer recording, the more than one kind of pigments as shown by the formula are mixed into an appropriate resin, solvent, water or the like. The resin used in such a preparation of the ink may be an oil based one such as rosin, phenol, xylene, petrolium, vinyl, polyamide and alkyd based resin or a water-based one such as maleic resin, acrylic resin, casein, shellac and glue. |
