PURPOSE:To facilitate the food forming operation and the storage and sanitation of the apparatus, by using the forming cylinder parts separable from the main body of the turn table, thereby facilitating the forming of foods having various sizes and shapes. CONSTITUTION:The objective turn table is composed of the fluororesin cylinders 20 providing the cylinder hole 5 to receive the food raw material, and the main body of the table forming the turn table 1, wherein the plural cylinder holes 5 are arranged circularly on the table. The main body 1 of the table is composed of a flat top plate 15 made of a light metal, and a lower member 16 having reinforcing rib 18 at the lower side surface. The table is bored with insertion holes 20a to fix the cylinder 20 in a detachable manner. Foods having different sizes and shapes, e.g. hand-rolled SUSHI can be formed easily by the use of the table, and the present apparatus is convenient for storage and sanitation. |
