PURPOSE:To package fish eggs with improved keeping quality without damaging the fish eggs, by packing the processed fish eggs (dipped in salt water or seasoning solution) in a perforated packaging container, draining the fish eggs, and sealing up the container with an outer container. CONSTITUTION:Many plastic packaging containers 5 with many holes having about 0.5-2mm. diameter at about 2-5mm. pitch are arranged and contained in a draining bucket container 4 side by side, and pretreated fish eggs (a) containing salt water are poured into the containers 5 and allowed to stand for a suitable time to complete the draining. Olive oil or a preservative, etc. is added thereto, and the containers 5 are taken out of the bucket container 4 and contained in a gas barrier container 6 (symbol 7 indicates a disoxidizing agent for retaining the freshness). The upper side of the container 6 is covered and heat sealed with a gas barrier film 6' and closed tightly to give the aimed packaged product of the fish eggs. |
