PURPOSE:To obtain a fluid controller which has a cutting-off function and a cumulative flow rate display function by providing a cutoff decision part and a cumulative flow rate display part to a flow rate pulse processing part which processes flow rate pulses from a flow rate sensor. CONSTITUTION:A gas meter 1 and a pulse transmission part 2 constitute the flow rate sensor. A microcomputer 5 receives and processes flow rate pulses from the flow rate sensor at the flow rate pulse processing part 3. Namely, the microcomputer 5 calculates a gas flow rate from the flow rate pulses and unit measured values and outputs a cutoff signal when specific condition is satisfied to drive a cutting-off part 4 through a driver 7, cutting off a gas supply line. At the same time, an LED9 turns on to shows the fact that a cutoff signal is outputted. The computer 5, on the other hand, calculates the cumulative amount of gas, which is displayed on a liquid crystal display element 10. Consequently, the fluid controller which has the cutting-off function and cumulative flow rate display function is obtained. |
