摘要 PURPOSE:To remove adhering substance without deteriorating an article itself at a low cost by jetting-out the minute ice grains which are formed by freezing liquid into minute particle form onto the adhering substance on the article and striking-down and removing said adhering substance from the article. CONSTITUTION:The minute ice grains 1 prepared in a minute ice grain production machine 5 are stored into a hopper 4 accommodated into a frigerating chamber 15 and jetted-out downward from a minute ice grain injection nozzle 7 by receiving the injection pressure of the nitrogen gas which is jetted-out from a nitrogen-gas injection nozzle 8. When the minute ice grain 1 is collided by the injection onto a resin 3 attached between the pins of a lead frame 2, the resin 3 is struck down from between the pins by the impact force of the minute ice grain 1. Further, since the ice grain 1 is in super-cooled state in this case, the resin is cooled and made brittle, and easily dropped-off by the impact, and at the same time, the frame 2 and the resin 3 are contracted by said cooling, and a gap is formed to facilitate separation.
