PURPOSE:To make the transportation of a power body, etc. remarkably easier by using a transporting pipe which has a number of tiny through holes on its pipe wall, sending in a gaseoues body into said transporting pipe through said throuh holes, and forming a thin layer of said gaseous body between an object being transported and the inner wall of said transporting pipe. CONSTITUTION:In a transporting method by which an object 3 to be transported consisting of a highly viscous liquid body or a powder body is sent with pressure through a transporting pipe, a filter pipe 5 having a number of tiny through holes 5a on its pipe wall, is used as a transporting pipe, a gaseous body is sent into the transporting pipe 5 through holes 5a from the outer periphery of the transporting pipe, and a thin layer 8 of the gaseous body (e.g,. air) is formed between the object 3 being transported and the inner wall of the transporting pipe 5, sending the object 3 with pressure. Said through holes 5a are provided in such a way that the total area of the holes 5a is 37 to 40% the area of the pipe wall of the transporting pipe and that the diameters of the holes 5a is 0.01 to 20mu. Thereby, the pipe wall resistance between the object being transported and the inner wall of the transporting pipe can be remarkably reduced,facilitating the transportation of a highly viscous liquid body or a powder body to a layer extent.
