Nondispersive infrared gas analyser

In nondispersive infrared gas analysers having two-layer receivers, the interference effect due to absorption curve overlap is primarily manifested in the rear receiver chamber or chambers. To eliminate the interference effect due to impurity gases, a selective interference filter which repels the infrared radiation in the overlap region into the rear receiver chamber is provided behind the rear receiver chamber, which is transparent to infrared radiation.
