PURPOSE:To permit transportation of a plural kinds of coil bobbins by a same pallet by setting the diameter of the collar on one edge side of a different kind of coil bobbin smaller than the diameter of the holding hole on a pallet, forming a step difference. CONSTITUTION:In order to transport a different kind of coil bobbin, the diameter (l3) of a collar 2' on one edge side of a coil bobbin 1' is set smaller than the diameter (l2) of the holding hole 4 on a pallet 3, and said one-edge side is inserted into the holding hole 4 on the pallet 3. In other words, the diameter (l3) of the collar 2' on one edge side of the coil bobbin 1' is made equal to the diameter (l2) of the collar 2 of a coil bobbin 1, and the width (l4) of the collar 2 whose diameter is reduced is made equal to the depth (l5) of the holding hole 4 on the pallet. Thus, the bobbin can be transferred by only making smaller the diameter of one part of the collar of the coil bobbin and forming a step difference on the collar, and a coil wire can be taken-up onto the bobbin without replacing the pallet in a production line. |
