<p>Novel triazolyl-substituted propane compounds of general formula (I), and the pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein n is 1,2 or 3 and X independently represents halogen, lower alkoxy, lower alkyl or phenyl. The novel compounds exhibit antifungal activity and their use for this purpose is disclosed. Also disclosed are methods for preparing the novel compounds as well compositions containing them. </p> |
