PURPOSE:To obtain a high-performance bowl-shaped molding by a method in which at the same time as air is blown into a parison from upper and lower parts, air is blown onto the inner surface of the parison from left and right sides. CONSTITUTION:Compressed air is blown into a parison 14 from above, and at the same time compressed air is blown onto the inner surface of the parison even from left and right sides. Also, even in the lower part of the inside of the parison, compressed air is blown into the parison upwards and also compressed air is blown onto the inner surface of the parison even from left and right sides. The parison can thus be maintained in a cylindrical form by air blowing without causing the bonding of the parison. While keeping the parison in the cylindrical form by preblowing of air utilizing such air curtain effects, a male mold 10 and a female mold 11 are closed and clamped. The contact bonding of the inner wall of the parison can thus be prevented in double wall portion without corners and corners of the parison. Also, the bonding of the parison can be prevented by evacuating air in the corners of the parison from the insides of the male and female molds 10 and 11 to vacuum. |
