摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the titled apparatus capable of performing stable pouring and mixing operation, by forming an annular groove at the outer circumference at the top of the stirrer body, attaching the injection port of the valve for injecting a resin component oppsite to the groove, protruding the injection valve into the mixing chamber, and placing the injection port close to the inner bottom of the groove. CONSTITUTION:Individual resin components are injected through the injection valves 30, 40 into the mixing chamber 11, and stirred and mixed by the stirrer 20 rotating in the chamber. In the above apparatus 10 for mixing multi-component synthetic resins, an annular groove 25 is formed at the outer circumference of the upper body part 22 of the stirrer 20, the injection ports 33 and 43 of the injection valves 30 and 40 are placed opposite to the annular groove 25, and one or both of the injection valves 30, 40 are protruded into the mixing chamber 11 to place the injection ports 33, 34 close to the inner bottom 26 of the annular groove 25. Resins are blended together by the mixing apparatus, and molded. The injection ports 33, 43 of the injection valves 30, 40 protruded into the mixing chamber 11 are preferably opened to the negative pressure part E of the annular groove 25, i.e. a part deviated a little from the rotational center of the stirrer 20 to the rotational direction R.
