发明名称 ELECTROLYTE CIRCULATION TYPE STACKED ZINC-BROMINE SECONDARY BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To decrease self discharge caused by diffused bromine and stabilize charge-discharge performance of a stacked battery by arranging an auxiliary battery having an auxiliary power source separated from a main battery in an electrolyte circulation path and recovering bromine diffused in anode electrolyte to cathode electrolyte by electrolytic reaction. CONSTITUTION:Maniflods for anode and cathode electrolyte 17a, 17b, 18a, and 18b are extended and introduced into an anode chamber and a cathode chamber of an auxiliary battery, and voltage is applied across a cathode 30 and an anode 31 of the auxiliary battery 29 from an auxiliary power source regardress of charge-discharge of a secondary battery. Thereby, free bromine in anode electrolyte is decreased and bromine in cathode electrolyte is increased. It means that bromine diffused in anode electrolyte is recovered to cathode electrolyte.
