PURPOSE:To allow an efficient assembly and disassembly by disposing at an end of an actuating lever a depression for prevention of opening in which a protrusion from a pair of valve bodies engages, and a pair of protrusions that engages the depression of the actuating lever connection of the valve body. CONSTITUTION:Protrusions 13a, 13b are formed at an end of an actuating lever 1, which protrude from the underside of a flat shaft section 1a to both sides of the flat shaft section 1a. A joint of a pair of valve bodies 3a, 3b and the actuating lever has protrusions 16a, 16b that are engageable with depressions 15a, 15b for prevention of opening of the actuating lever 1 and are protruding upwardly from the upper inner end of the valve body 7, 8. Moreover, the valve bodies 3a, 3b have actuating lever connecting depressions 17a, 17b that are engageable with the protrusions 13a, 13b at the end of the actuating lever 1. |
