PURPOSE:To facilitate integration of circuit by inputting two-phase carrier signal in an exclusive OR circuit and making two multiple signal. CONSTITUTION:An F* carrier and an F carrier that constitute re-insertion color burst are inputted to an exclusive OR circuit 20. The third shifter 21 that inputs this logical sum output delays the input signal by 90 deg., and inputs to a frequency converting circuit 22 making the shifter output a conversion carrier. The conversion carrier or DC voltage is inputted to the conversion carrier inputting terminal of the frequency converting circuit 22 by a switching circuit 23, and when DC voltage is inputted, a reproduction color signal is led out as it is from the frequency converting circuit 22. Accordingly, signals in which phase inversion sequence of an alternating color subcarrier continues are led out from a filter 24 provided in the rear stage of the frequency converting circuit 22 and removes three multiple carrier component.
