<p>A system and network interface for an ADSL modem. The modem assembly is formed from a PCI interface chip and a processor and an ASIC on a board, associated with a modem chip. The interface chip and processor can be controlled via downloaded code. A user interface is also defined that allows the controlling PC to issue commands to the modem assembly.</p> |
