PURPOSE:To concurrently mold an upright portion, a flat portion and an apron portion from the same material, integrately by providing the mold of apron portion movably and connectedly to the side of the mold. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 12 is positioned above a female mold 21. A mixed molding material C from supply ports 25 and 26 is continuously cast onto molding faces 17a and 20a while moving the hopper 12 in the direction of crossing the surface of paper. The amount of the mixed molding material C to be cast from the large-diameter supply port 25 into the space 18 for forming an upright portion is made greater than that to be cast onto the molding faces of a flat portion and an apron portion from the small-diameter supply port 26, thereby permitting the upright portion, the flat portion 14 and the front apron portion 16 to be molded concurrently. After the mixed molding material C is supplied, the mold 20 is soon moved in the direction of arrow and erectly fixed on the edge 17b of the mold 17, and the boundary between the flat portion 14 and the front apron portion 16 is melted to obtain a molding 13 having a flow pattern concurrently. |
