摘要 PURPOSE:To make a vibration attenuate rapidly, by making all of energy possessed by a pendulum vary into positional energy by shifting a fulcrum of a pendulum vibration. CONSTITUTION:At the instant when all of the moment of energy possessed by a pendulum is turned into positional energy, a fulcrum of the pendulum is made movable on a plane perpendicular to the direction of gravity. As the moment the pendulum is suspensed, identical forces (f) are worked in the reverse direction to each other, the fulcrum is made movable, and when movement is apt to start by receiving acceleration due to the force (f), the fulcrum begins to move by the force (f), and the moment-tension T and the force (f) become zero, the pendulum performs spontaneous falling motion without receiving acceleration of an element in a horizontal direction and a pendulum body moves directly toward a standstill point.
