PURPOSE:To eliminate a noise contained in a transmitting signal without deteriorating a fidelity by executing a walsh operation processing by using a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:An input sound signal applied to an input terminal 1 is converted to a digital signal by an A/D converter 2, and thereafter, brought to the walsh operation processing by an operation processing part 3, and a noise component contained in the signal is eliminated. A CPU 11 for constituting this operation processing part 3 functions as an input/output control use of a data, and a CPU 12 functions as a walsh operation use. Also, buffer memories 14, 15 are brought to access alternately at every 1-frame by the CPU, so that the processing is executed at a high speed. The digital signal processed by this operation processing part 3 is converted again to its original analog signal (whose noise is eliminated) by a D/A converter 4, and fetched from a terminal 5.
