CONTINUOUS CASTING MOLDS

In a continuous casting mold a supersonic oscillator is placed at the outer face of each side wall at constant intervals along at least one straight line to he axis-line direction of the continuous casting mold. At the inner face there is at least a path for the cooling water which has an opening to supply and discharge the cooling water. The opening opposes the wavelength created by the supersonic oscillators. Each side wall of the mold is placed on the mold frame and the opening for supplying and discharging the cooling water is located in opposition to the wavelegnth of the oscillators.
