PURPOSE:To improve the operability and flexibility by using an assigning command realizing a different function to assign a reception job data from a host computer. CONSTITUTION:An on-line terminal device 2 assigns a job data fed from a host computer 1 to an output file of a floppy disc or a disc device 3 and outputs the result. A short-term assigning command designating continuously plural output files in the job, a fixed assigning command designating plural output files, an assigning release command in the unit of output file and an output file assigning state display command are set in the case and it is possible to output continuously the job data of plural jobs to the output file by allowing the operator to use the output file assigning command and the assigning release command for the purpose and to give the command. |
