PURPOSE:To remove the eccentrically burdened load of a basket during scraping, by raising the disk in the basket after stopping the rotation of said disk while contacting the scraping blade on the peripheral edge of the disk with the peripheral wall of the basket. CONSTITUTION:When a basket 2 is at first rotated at a low speed in order to scrape the solid substance adhered to the basket 2, a rising and falling plate 16 is gradually raised along with a piston shaft 21 by the contracting action of a cylinder 20 and released from the engagement with a clutch pawl 26. By this operation, a clutch pawl 25 is engaged with the rising and falling plate 16 to stop the rotation of a disk 13 while this disk 13 is drawn up through a cylindrical body 15 rising along with the rising and falling plate 16 and the solid substance adhered to the peripheral wall of the basket 2 by the scraping blade 27 of the disk 13. By this mechanism, eccentrically burdened load is not added to the basket 2 and the solid substance is rapidly scraped.
