PURPOSE:To supply two kinds of bus voltages with simple constitution by controlling a voltage to a constant voltage by means of a shunt dissipator and a battery charger provided in parallel with a lower solar array when a supply voltage to a transmission device becomes a prescribed value or over. CONSTITUTION:An output of plural solar arrays 32, 34- is applied to basic devices and upper solar arrays 31, 33 having less number than the number of the lower arrays are connected in series and the output is applied to the transmission devices. A central control circuit 44 compares a voltage of a high voltage bus line HL and a reference voltage and controls the drive of the battery charger 37 and the shunt dissipator groups 35, 36. A low voltage bus line LL is connected to the charger 39 and a battery 40 via an isolation diode 139 and used for a low voltage bus. The central control circuit 44 drives the shunt dissipators 35, 36 and 136 so as to make the output voltage being the sum of the upper and lower arrays to have a constant value. |
