METHOD FOR GUESSING TRANSMISSION QUALITY OF ADSL ACCORDING TO STRUCTURAL FORM OF SUBSCRIBER LINE

PURPOSE: A method is provided to guess transmission quality according to a structural form of a subscriber line, when supplying a data service with a high speed by using an ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line). CONSTITUTION: A method for guessing transmission quality of an ADSL(Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) according to a structural form of a subscriber line comprises the steps of: making and storing the subscriber path linearly connected to a subscriber from a telephone office, in a line equipment managing system without path information according to subscribers to extract a parameter, which is necessary for guessing transmission quality; and guessing attenuation of a copper wire line section, by inputting information of the copper wire line section of a substantial subscriber to a delivery function, by using the extracted parameter.
