DEVICE AND METHOD FOR UPDATING FLASH EEPROM AT CPU WITHOUT BOOT STRAP LOADER

PURPOSE: A device stores and re-programs the content of the EEPROM at the CPU which does not have the boot strap loader and reduces the problem of making the program separately whenever the program changes. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a central processing unit(10), an internal ROM(12), a computer(20), a flash EEPROM(30), a connector(40), and an ECU(50). The central processing unit(10) controls the whole system. he internal ROM is included at the CPU and it does not access to the CPU under normal circumstance but accesses when the program needs to be changed. The connector(40) which is connected to the EA pin of the CPU and transmits the output control signal to the ECU(50). The computer updates the program whenever a user wants to change or level up the program. The flash EEPROM stores the updated program by receiving the address signal of the program.
