PURPOSE:To improve combustion efficiency and save energy, by utilizing a water gas converting reaction of particle which is prepared by mixing oil, water, and the air for spray by means of a specially structured spray burner. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylinder 3 is cnnected to a blower 5, and plural pores 7 are bored in the periphery of an inner cylinder 1 so that swirl injection takes place. Oil and water, fed from a quantitative pump 30 which feeds oil and water in a specified ratio, are mixed and injected in a reaction burner 10 through a 3-fluid spray burner 20 togetherwith the air for spray fed from a rotary blower 21. A secondary air from a blower 5 admits an outer cylinder 3 and a part thereof admits a secondary air preheating cylinder 2 through 8, and the secondary air is injected in the inner cylinder 1 through the pores to produce a swirl flow. By means of such preheated secondary air, oil-water mixture spray particle, which is mixed and compressed by means of such preheated secondary air, stays in the inner cylinder heated to about 700-1,000 deg.C, and atomized waterdrop is exploded by an intense heat and evaporated together with the fuel, resulting in thermal decomposition of water content and in creation of a water gas converting reaction. This causes generated hydrogen or reaction water gas to be mixed with sprayed fuel oil to be used for combustion. |
