<p>PURPOSE:To contrive to carry the device under safe and convenient condition, cut down the assembly working and improve the working efficiency by placing a heater which is heated by a low electric voltage in a tank for direct heat dissipation into a water, and by installing a thermostat which is operated by the temperature of a tank outside wall. CONSTITUTION:At the stopping of the flowing out of a hot-water, a thermostat A is operated due to the temperature rise of the outside wall of a tank 1, the electric current of a heater 2 is cut off, accordingly, the saving of an electric power, the protection of each component and the prevention of over-heating can be achieved. For this purpose, the tank is required to be made of a good conducting material for rapid sensing of the inside temperature of the tank 1, the rapid heat transferring to a bimetal 7 is performed by the levelling of a bimetal contacting part B. Both ends of the heater 2 are caulked and fixed with a heat dissipating piece 3, protruded toward the outside from the inside of the tank, dissipates the heat of the heater 2 from the prepared heat dissipating surface, thus, performs the protection of a packing 11 and keeping of airtightness. A good conducting material such as a copper and the like are recommendable for the heat dissipating piece. An insulating tube 6 insulates between the heater 2 and the tank 1.</p> |
