PURPOSE:To serve each item at the same time by setting the latest time among the cooking end scheduled times at each item to a temporary storage device and informing the time to the cook when the order of a customer is placed. CONSTITUTION:The cooking end scheduled time is calculated from the present time and the cooking required time at each registration of item and the latest time is stored in a work register 86. When an AT/TL key to a customer is inputted, the time is transmitted to a remote printer so as to be notified to the cook in the kitchen as the cooking end scheduled time. Further, all the cooking required times of all items ordered by the customer are stored in a buffer 812 for remote printer, and when the input of the AT/TL key is inputted, the cooking required time at each item is subtracted from the time of the work register 86 to obtain the cooking start scheduled time respectively, and the time is transmitted to the remote printer and notified to the cook in the kitchen.
